Juliland Cash Affiliate Program Agreement
|
Thank you for joining Juliland Cash, the affiliate program that pays you 50% of the signup revenues as described below.
This AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT serves as the AGREEMENT between the Webmaster (you) and Juliland Cash, and is subject to all the terms and conditions as follows:
Juliland Cash reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Program without advance notification for any reason. In the event of termination, partnership Webmasters will be notified promptly via e-mail. Webmasters will be paid their respective commission accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined he/she has violated this Agreement in any material way. Examples of material violations include spamming, credit card fraud, abnormally high chargeback rate, or use of free password sites.
You are paid 50% of all signup revenue generated by new members that you refer to our sites. Payments will be made to you on a weekly basis for your share of new subscriber revenue generated during the previous week. Payments for signups you send to our sites will be made in perpetuity for the lifetime for each member’s subscription. These payments will be made to you at the time each individual subscriber is re-billed a subscription fee. |

All funds are paid in U.S. funds by either check or wire transfer. The transaction processing fees for these payments are two dollars ($2.00) for each check, or ten dollars ($10.00) for each wire transfer.
Juliland Cash reserves the right to alter any aspect our affiliate program at any time with respect to payouts percentages and duration for new signups. If any such changes are made, these changes will be presented solely here in this online Affiliate Program Agreement.
You may use blind links or text links if you so desire but remember this may have a detrimental effect on your conversion rate. All visitors you send to us must come from a webpage. We do not allow newsgroup postings with links to us. Nor do we allow email links/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply with these request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

Affiliate Program signups are registered by Epoch. Tampering with either Epoch’s or Juliland Cash’s servers, systems or software will lead to termination, forfeiture of all funds, and possibly criminal prosecution.
Juliland Cash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equipment, technical error or any other reason.
By filling out and submitting the sign-up form, Webmaster agrees to be bound by this Agreement and Juliland Cash agrees to become a counter-party to the form.
This AGREEMENT contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter, and its terms shall be waived or amended only by the parties' written agreement. Webmaster shall not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Juliland Cash’s prior written consent.
